Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the trial of the petitioner has not been concluded as yet. It has been further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only the I.O. is to be examined in this case and other witnesses have been examined.

In such circumstance, the court below is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner and pass its final judgment in the case as early as possible preferably within a period of three months, and will send the compliance report to this Court. The bail petition is, accordingly, dismissed. If the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within

No.20833 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 the aforesaid period of three months the petitioner will renew his prayer for bail in the court below and the court below will give its reasons for not disposing of the trial within the aforesaid period, as earlier vide order dated 25.04.2012 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26986 of 2011 and order dated 10.04.2013 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8707 of 2013, the lower court was directed to conclude the trial within the fixed time frame but the trial has not been concluded till date.
