1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of Writ in appropriate nature for quashing of Memo No. 1094 dated 15-09-2022 (Annexure 5) issued under the signature of the Respondent DPO (ICDS), Sheohar; whereby and whereunder Notice No.

1/22-23 for the selection of 09 (Nine) Anganwari Sevika and 13 (Thirteen) Anganwari Sahayika has been cancelled by the Respondent DPO (ICDS), Sheohar at the instance and direction of the Respondent DM, Sheohar, especially after the issuance of the Appointment Letters in favour of the Petitioners;

(ii) For issuance of Writ in appropriate nature for direction upon Respondent authorities to restore the earlier Notice No. 1/22-23 issued under the joint signature of the Respondent DM, DDC & DPO (ICDS) which was cancelled without any Show- Cause after the selection of the Petitioners and after the issuance of appointment letters in favour of Petitioners;

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
