Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: " For issuance of direction upon the respondents for payment of salary to the petitioner from 01-09-2012 till date as the petitioner has been functioning as Panchayat Teacher in Nayaramnagar Panchayat, Itarhi, Buxar since her leave was regularized
Patna High Court CWJC No.3864 of 2018 (3) dt.20-08-2018 without salary from 04-01-2010 to 21-082012 on the ground of illness by the concerned Mukhiya and consequently the petitioner is functioning w.e.f. 01-09-2012 without salary".
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Buxar within a period of thirty days from the date of order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Buxar within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
