The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa Bigha P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and throwing her dead body to conceal the evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners are married and unmarried brother-in-laws of the deceased, daughter of the informant and they have falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62333 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 implicated in this case without any specific overt act. Moreover, co-accused, Shanti Sinha, has already been allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 52032 of 2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Parsa Bigha P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
