The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 485 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

FIR is registered against unknown for the occurrence of murder of informant's son by firearm.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during course of investigation, name of this petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Khushbu Kumari and two other witnesses have also stated that person like petitioner was standing near the place of occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S.
