The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) 1/ 26/27/35 of the Arms Act and Section 25(9) of the Arms Amendment Act, 2019.

As per prosecution, it is a recovery of one country made pistol and empty cartridges recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing specific allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a daily Majdoor. Petitioner is in custody

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 143/2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., X, Patna.
