Patna High Court CWJC No.15183 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Official Respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Private Respondent No. 8 to 15, over the land appertaining to Khata No. 01 (old) 1466 (new), Plot No. [{1730 and 1731} (old), 1358 (New)}] within Mauza Bakhtiyarpur, Thana No. 64, District Saharsa, which was recorded in the Khatiyan as Anabad Sarwsadharan (Public Land) and was used as a Road since long."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the District Magistrate, Saharsa, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
