JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 25.04.2019 passed by the Assistant Inspector General (Registration), Patna Division, Patna in Case no. 404 of 2017 as per the provisions contained under Rule 13 of the Bihar Stamp (Prevention of Under-valuation of Instruments) Rules, 1995. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however with the aforesaid liberty and with a direction that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal of the petitioner on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
It is further clarified that the petitioner would be free
Patna High Court CWJC No.19667 of 2019(3) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 to agitate and take all the points urged in the present writ petition and the same shall be considered appropriately in accordance with law by the appellate authority. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
