This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 386 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant had deposited money with Vibhuti Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. to get better profit on the persuation of this petitioner who was employee of that marketing company. Allegation is that money was not refunded, hence, the informant found himself cheated.
Submission of the petitioner is that the date of occurrence is 13.05.2011 whereas the petitioner had left job in the month of April, 2009.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2011 to the satisfaction
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48421 of 2016 (2) dt.09-12-2016 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
