Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed a representation before the respondent no.6 but till date no order has been passed.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.6, within a period of two weeks, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim. The respondent no.6, after hearing the parties, shall dispose of
