The petitioner seeks bail in Barhariya P.S. Case No. 170/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

About 86 litres of Indian made foreign liquor (Whisky) was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 03.09.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
