Patna High Court CWJC No.6060 of 2017 dt.11-08-2017 petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty that for the present cause of action, if he moves afresh before the appropriate forum, the same shall be considered on merits without prejudice to his rights and contentions, including withdrawal of the present writ application.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner moves before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievances, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, on its own merits without being prejudiced by the earlier orders.
