CAT") in O.A.No. 050/00381/2018, however at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to not only agitate his grievances with regard to protection of his seniority before the competent authority / Ld. CAT but also seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents for effecting his transfer from Mugalsarai Division to Danapur Division on the ground of his spouse being posted at Patna as Ladies Constable. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
