JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard Sri Murari Narain Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP No. 12. The petitioner invoking writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for directing the respondents to revoke suspension of license of his saw mill, which was running in the name and style of M/s Shiva Plywood Industries. In the prayer portion nothing has been indicated that by which order the petitioner is aggrieved. In view of such pleading, the court is of the opinion that no writ can be issued.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to the reason that no specific relief was sought for.
