Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 registered under Sections- 420, 120B, 504, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has only been alleged to present alongwith other accused persons at the place of occurrence. In fact, petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in no way connected with the informant or the company in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20330 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016.
