The entire allegation of teasing the girl centers around against co-accused Aditya Yadav. So far as petitioner is concerned, there is only allegation that she snatched ornament from the informant and apart from this, omnibus allegation of throwing stone has been levelled against her but in spite of that learned court below rejected the bail prayer of the petitioner without taking note of this fact that the petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 25.8.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 126/2015, GR no. 438 of 2015/ 40 of 2015.
