The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner obtained appointment as Electrician in North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (for short "company") on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificates.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Electrician, after proper verification of his educational certificates, but after ten years of his service, he has falsely been implicated by the company and during pendency of this petition, petitioner has already been terminated from the service. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1799 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Katihar Sahayak P.S. Case No. 352 of 2020.
