2. This is an appeal for quashing of the F.I.R. of SC/ST Nawada P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 dated 05.01.2018 registered for the offence under Sections 149, 366(A), 120-B, 367, 372 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act.
