JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 30-11-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- (i) For quashing of the order vide letter no.1923 dated 10.08.2013 by which the respondent North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (governed under the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003) has terminated the petitioner from continui9ng the Electrification work in the district of Katihar under Rajeev Gandhi Gramin Viduytikaran Yojna (RGGVY for short) as the impugned order is arbitrary and illegal.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16089 of 2013 dt.30-11-2018 2/2 (ii) For issuance of direction to the respondents to allow time table January, 2014 to complete the Electrification work in the left over villages;
(iii) For issuance of appropriate writ or direction to the Respondent to not to take any coercive measure against the petitioner in respect of its RGGVY work allotted for the district of Katihar and to grant reasonable time up to 6 months to the petitioner to complete the Rural Electrification work in the district of Katihar which has got delayed due to various reasons; and / or for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and as such the same need not be pressed.
3. Leander counsel for the respondents appears and submits that he has got no objection in this regard.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
