JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner did not get any opportunity of hearing before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Matrimonial Case No. 480/2018 when the application for grant of maintenance was being considered.

2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner may be given opportunity to take up the matter before the learned Family Court, Patna and the present petition may be disposed of with this liberty.

3. Since the petitioner has not been heard by the learned Family Court, Patna and the order for interim maintenance has been passed in his absence, in all fairness the petitioner should get an opportunity of hearing and therefore,

No.1143 of 2024(3) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Family Court with his grievance within a week and the learned Family Court would pass appropriate order after hearing the petitioner within four weeks thereafter and till then no coercive steps against the petitioner will be taken.
