Petitioner is accused in connection with Dhangai Police Station Case No 34 of 2016 registered under Sections 395/364 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2016 and earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 2 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.
