In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a detailed representation before the Three Men Committee for consideration of his case.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.6777 of 2017 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Three Men Committee within a period of four weeks from today and the said Committee shall dispose of the case by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
