JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Three Men Committee formed for the purposes of considering the cases of persons similarly situated to the petitioner herein. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a detailed representation before the Three Men Committee for consideration of his case.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with
Patna High Court CWJC No.6777 of 2017 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Three Men Committee within a period of four weeks from today and the said Committee shall dispose of the case by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
