2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.
3. As per allegation, there has been recovery of total 350 liters of liquor from a Car, which was being driven by the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern either with the recovery of liquor or with the wine in question. He is a person of clean antecedent and has no knowledge regarding the goods loaded in it. Nothing has

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
