In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A and 35 of the Arms Act of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 43251 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 16.11.2016, rejected the same with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of his judicial custody. Case No. 15 of 2016.
