2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323/307/504 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. FIR is for the occurrence of assault against 15 to 20 unknown persons.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is in habit of committing offence as he has got four criminal antecedent, as such, he
