2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 20.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 9583 of 2024 by which the petitioner after being released on bail was directed to mark his attendance at Jagdishpur Police Station on 1st Sunday of each month and in default it was directed that his bail bonds shall be cancelled.

3. Upon perusal of the modiffication application, this Court is of the view that no ground for modification in the order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9583 of 2024 is made out.

4. Accordingly, this modification application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68647 of 2024(3) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 dismissed.

5. However, it is clarified that the petitioner will mark his attendance at the concerned Police Station (as mentioned in the order dated 20.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 9583 of 2024) after 5:00 P.M.
