The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 13.02.2017 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 2935 of 2017, on the ground that now the matter has been compromised between the parties and on that ground the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner must seek regular bail on the ground of compromise. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below on the ground of compromise and seek regular bail, then his prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit considering the
