2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.40355 of 2025 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 11.08.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has complied the order by filing supplementary affidavit but the copy of the same has not been served to the learned APP for the State.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62482 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 Misc. No.40355 of 2025 is restored to its original file.

5. Accordingly, the restoration application stands allowed.
