JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 16.3.2023, the premises in question, which were occupied by the Nagarnausa Police Station, Nalanda at Biharsharif, has been vacated and now, the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievances.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State had handed over four keys on the previous date of hearing and today, six more keys, pertaining to the locks put in the rooms of the aforesaid premises, have been handed over to this Court along with a pen drive and a compact disk, containing the video footage of the entire event, which is taken on record. As far as the aforesaid ten keys are concerned, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17295 of 2013(5) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that the Respondent-State has no objection in case the said keys are handed over to the petitioner. In such view of the matter, let the ten keys be handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the private Respondent No. 4, Sri Ram Uday Singh, submits that the Respondent No. 4 has already filed a civil suit, hence, he be granted liberty to pursue the same in it's right earnest. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The rights and contentions of the respective parties are left open to be decided by the learned court below in the pending Civil suit.
