2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram P. S. Case No. 218 of 2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons including this petitioner shot dead the brother of informant due to previous enmity.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. From perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and during investigation, witnesses, namely, Ravindra Singh, Laxman Pashi, Gurucharan Sah, Pintu Kumar, Binod Singh and Jitendra Kumar have claimed to have seen this petitioner and co-accused Rajesh Chandravanshi firing upon the deceased.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and materials available on record, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
