This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly caused injury with farsa at the head of the informant, Anita Devi. The doctor has found two lacerations on the parietal bone and occipital region, caused by sharp cutting weapon.

Considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
