Shri Ajay, learned counsel appearing for the State, states that the road, in question, now stands completed by realigning the road.

As such, in our considered view, no other and further orders required to be passed in the present petition, save and except, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4, namely, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for surviving public grievances, if any.

Needless to add, while considering such representation filed by the petitioner, if any, principles of natural justice shall be followed and due opportunity of hearing afforded to the parties.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court, if the need so arises subsequently on the same and subsequent cause of action.

We have not expressed any opinion on merits. All issues are left open.

The proceedings, during the time of current

Patna High Court CWJC No.19042 of 2019 dt.11-12-2020 3/3 Pandemic- Covid-19 shall be conducted through digital mode, unless the parties otherwise mutually agree to meet in person i.e. physical mode.
