2. The present application has been filed for modification of condition No. 1 of the order dated 27-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58081 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail.

3. The order dated 27-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58081 of 2024 is modified to the extent that condition No. 1 be read as "If the petitioner is found involved in any other case except those cases as mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted". The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 27-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
