This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For old dispute, on the order of these petitioners coaccused, Pramod Yadav fired from his gun causing injury at the right arm of the informant.
Submission of the petitioners is that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they have been falsely implicated due to previous dispute with the informant. Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
