The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 283, 323, 307, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of misbehaving and creating the hindrance by the petitioners in discharging of the official duties of the informant and other police officials due to which one Chitranjan Prasad Singh sustained injuries.

No.1413 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of their enemies. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of abusing and creating hindrance and no specific allegation of attributing against them. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Hilsa, District, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
