Petitioner is accused in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 279 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a business man and nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from his possession. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
