The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 150 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, From the materials collected during investigation it appears to be a case of elopement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
