JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard Mr. Bal Bhushan Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Manish Kumar, learned GP-4 and Mrs. Kanak Verma, learned counsel for the Union of India. In view of the fact that with the same relief for getting the name of the petitioner entered as nominee of late Shashi Bhushan Lal for the purpose of getting family pension under the Freedom Fighter Pension scheme, earlier writ application and review applications were dismissed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to approach the competent Civil Court for getting her right declared.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty above mentioned to the petitioner. It is expected from the Court concerned to decide the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6633 of 2017(2) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 issue in question expeditiously in view of the relief claimed by the petitioner.
