The petitioner retired while holding the post of Professor in the Department of History, Purena College, Purnea, a constituent Unit of B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura. He has a grievance that he has not been paid post retiral dues against various heads as described in paragraph 14 of the present application.

From paragraph 14, it appears that the petitioner has

claimed arrears of salary also, details of which have been mentioned therein.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University has submitted that the University shall pay to the petitioner the entire admissible retiral dues and arrears of salary within a reasonable period of time.

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present application, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the University (Respondent No.4) to pay to the petitioner all retiral dues and other dues as claimed in paragraph 14 of the writ application which are found to be legally admissible to him, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
