JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents, in their counter affidavit, has stated that the matter of the petitioner for grant of M.A.C.P. is to be considered by the Departmental Screening Committee and the same is under process. In such view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to take a final decision in the matter of grant of benefits of M.A.C.P. to the petitioner herein within a period of six weeks from today.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7383 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 In case the respondents come to the conclusion that the petitioner is entitled for grant of benefits of M.A.C.P., the consequential benefits as also re-fixation of pension be done accordingly, within a period of four weeks of passing of final order.
