The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Aungari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 registered under Sections 308 and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner has assaulted the informant has taken away Rs. 1200/- from the pocket of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of counter case regarding the same occurrence. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, District- Nalanda, in connection with Aungari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015. m.p.
