This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 227 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the purchaser of stolen articles and there is no further allegation against the petitioner so as to implicate the petitioner in the present case and since, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he may be allowed the privilege of bail. Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced, this application is allowed. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49582 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 227 of 2013, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
