The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No.88 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 08.08.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
