2. The petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief :- "1. That this contempt petition is being filed with a prayer for initiating a contempt proceeding against the Opposite Parties for their wilful and deliberate flouting of the Judgement and order dated 05.08.2022 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad in C.W.J.C. No. 11566 of 2021."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reasoned order has been passed and as such liberty is granted to agitate the same, if grievance of the petitioner still subsist.
4. In that background, in the present, no contempt is made out and granting liberty to agitate the matter afresh, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
