Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 30(A) and 56 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.02.2017.
