This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Suppi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that there being no evidence to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime, this bail application is allowed.
