JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.
In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1999 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 326, 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.
At the very out set it is submitted that in this case after completing investigation the police has submitted final form which is accepted, but later on on the protest complaint cognizance has been taken resulting the petitioners are apprehending their arrest.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50479 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that after completing investigation final form was submitted. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Bhagalpur in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
