Petitioner seeks bail in Singeshwar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the informant was going to petrol pump to refill petrol in his motorcycle, three persons came from behind and stopped his motorcycle. They snatched the key and fled away with the motorcycle of the informant. The informant identified one of the co-accused namely Sonu Singh. It has been submitted that the name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Singh. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2016. It has been mentioned in paragraph

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21220 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 no. 3 of this petition that there are 8 other cases of similar nature pending against this petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, and the period spent by the petitioner in custody, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
