JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 427, 435, 307, 379, 332, 333, 337, 338, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Damage of Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 13.10.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42080 of 2015 similarly situated co-accused, namely, Ranjan Kumar Singh, Naim Akhtar and Ravi Bhushan Kumar Singh have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court. He has produced a web copy of the aforesaid order dated 13.10.2015. Let the same be kept on record.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52871 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 aforesaid contention advanced on behalf of the petitioner. For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order dated 13.10.2015, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
