The petitioner is in custody in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, G.R. NO. 487 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.07.2019.

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has voluntarily joined wedlock with the co-accused Ajeet Sharma.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.58701 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
